In the fourth week, I started to study the external factors that affected the Vogue.
I talked about various factors such as the Harper’s Bazaar magazine, Elle, Anna Wintour, etc. Harper’s Bazaar being older than Vogue itself had a great print. It seemed to be almost similar to Vogue. The sale ratio differed extensively though. The factors related to this are discussed in my research paper.
Anna Wintour, the editor in chief of Vogue is highly influential and this reflects in the standards set by the magazine. Her leadship has grown Vogue to be the biggest selling fashion luxury magazine ever. Mentioning her into the paper was highly important.
Also I have mentioned the study of the Vogue cover photograph and font’s colours scheme. All together the research paper sums up with the various branches of the magazine such as teen vogue, GQ, sales, insiders, influences, etc.
